What needed to change

Deep aviation experience needed to become legible to people making careful technical and commercial decisions.

SES Fly Certain had established sector knowledge, global relationships and a specialist leasing offer, but those strengths needed a more exact digital presentation. Visitors had to understand engine availability, the global pool network, compliance context and the company's role in supporting aircraft operations. The information needed enough technical depth for informed review without becoming dense, fragmented or overly sales focused.

Design response

The organizing idea

Network reach, engine support and corporate information were organised around the questions aviation buyers actually ask.

A focused content hierarchy and responsive interface present engine leasing, global support and procurement information in a more coherent sequence. The site gives appropriate prominence to the 15 global engine pools, keeps technical and corporate context close together and provides clearer contact routes. Its tone and visual system are deliberately measured, matching the expectations of aviation, finance and engineering audiences.

How the work moved

Availability, expertise and compliance shaped the information architecture and the technical build.

We mapped the supplier-review journey before organising fleet availability, office information and global network content. The build incorporated WCAG 2.1 accessibility considerations, GDPR protocols, technical SEO and a scalable structure for ongoing updates. Each decision was checked against a practical question: could a specialist visitor find enough accurate context to understand the service and know what to do next?
