Service 03

The brand and the website, handled as one job.

Where both need doing, running them together is usually cheaper and faster. The positioning work produces decisions the website then has to carry, and when two suppliers own those separately you end up in the middle translating between them. Here both sit with the same person.

Common questions

The things people ask before they call.

Why do both at once?

The positioning work produces decisions the website then has to carry. When two suppliers own those separately, you end up mediating between them, and the same questions get answered twice at your expense.

What does it cost?

Realistically $30,000 to $80,000, depending on how many audiences the site serves and how much development is involved.

How long does it take?

Usually 16 to 24 weeks. That is longer than either piece on its own, but shorter than running them consecutively.

Can we launch the brand before the website?

Yes, and often that is the sensible order. We agree early on what has to launch together and what can follow, so a finished identity is not sitting unused while the build finishes.

Not sure this is the right service?

Describe the situation and I will tell you whether this is the right piece of work, whether something smaller would do, or whether it is too early.
