01 Starting condition
What needed to change Metaltech had substantial operating proof, but technical buyers needed a faster way to connect it with relevant equipment detail.
The company had supplied 1,500 units to Madrid, worked across 23 European hubs and built relationships with major aviation clients. Online, that evidence needed to sit alongside the product, compatibility and compliance information procurement teams use during evaluation. The challenge was to organise technical credibility for fast review without replacing precise data with broad sales language or forcing visitors through a conventional marketing funnel.

02 Design response
The organizing idea Product pathways were built around verification, helping buyers move from a requirement to relevant technical proof.
UX architecture, technical SEO, B2B content strategy and visual identity were shaped around supplier evaluation. Equipment categories, aircraft compatibility, ISO certifications and load bearing information were brought closer together, reducing the distance between initial discovery and detailed review. The interface remains direct and easy to scan, so technical decision makers can focus on suitability rather than interpret a general corporate brochure.
03 Published process
How the work moved Procurement questions, aviation terminology and operational evidence guided the content structure.
We organised the experience around what buyers need to establish: which equipment is available, what aircraft it supports, which compliance information is provided and what operating experience sits behind the offer. Technical SEO reflected the language used in ground support searches, while the visual system gave specifications and proof points enough prominence to support comparison without overstating what the site could demonstrate.
